One of the symbols and landmarks of the city with a height of 13 m.
The ground floor was used as a warehouse, and the three upper floors were used for residential purposes. It is believed to date from the 16th century. At the end of the 19th century, the tower was rebuilt as a city clock, and in 2006 it was reconstructed. A dial has been installed as well as new artistic lighting.
